K.K Ramachandran (Mg. Partner) is the founder of the firm. He has an experience of over 35 years in Audit, Finance and Consulting. He is the Chairman of the Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI. He was also the President of Ernakulam Kshetra Kshema Samithi for several years. He was also the President of Rotary Club of Cochin Midtown and also itâ€™s charter Joint Secretary. His immense experience adds a big boost to our team.

B. Chakrapani Warrier, FCA

B. Chakrapani Warrier FCA also carries an experience of over 35 years in Audit, Tax and Consulting. His immense knowledge and experience in Taxation and Corporate Laws adds great value to our team. M. Krishnakumar has been with the firm since 1999 and hence carries over two decades of experience in Taxation and Audits. He is also a leading faculty for Taxation and Accounting. He is also partner to our sister firm M/s Ramachandran & Krishnakumar, Chartered Accountants.

RATHEESH M.B

Ratheesh M.B is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant carrying rich experience of around 20 plus years in Audit and Taxation. He has been with the firm since itâ€™s early stages of inception.

RANJITH WARRIER, FCA

Ranjith R. Warrier is currently the Vice Chairman of the Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI. He is also in the Head table of several other forums such as Ernakulam Kshetra Kshema Samithi, Soukhyam Charitable Trust, Nanma Movement, etc. He heads the Indirect Taxes and Internal Audit departments of the Firm.
